1. Installation: This equipment is composed of two groups of pools, one group is a reinforced concrete structure pool body, and the other group is a steel structure pool body. The reinforced concrete pool body is buried underground, and the steel structure pool body can be buried below the floor, or it can be installed on the floor. The civil condition diagram of the foundation of the two groups of pools is provided by our company, and the excavation width around it is required to be more than 600mm larger than the plane size of the equipment.

2. According to the installation drawing, the steel structure pool body is hoisted into it with a crane. When installing in place, it must be carried out under the guidance of our company's technical personnel, and the position and direction of the box cannot be misplaced, and then our company is responsible for the pipeline connection between the pools.

3. After the installation is completed, the equipment must be filled with water, and the pipeline interface must be tested to not leak, so that soil can be filled into the equipment around the equipment and the gap, and the ground should be leveled, and the control line of the electric control cabinet should be connected to the equipment, and the electric control cabinet and the power line should be connected. Pay attention to the steering of fans and pumps when wiring.

4. After the equipment is installed, it must be ensured that there is no water accumulation on the rainy ground, and no heavy objects shall be pressed on the top of the steel structure pool. The equipment generally does not evacuate the internal sewage to prevent the groundwater from floating the equipment.

5. Commissioning: The commissioning work is responsible for our company, in order to speed up the commissioning progress, the strains can be put in, in order to avoid the loss of strains, the water intake can be reduced and the fan can be started for aeration, until a layer of orange-yellow biofilm grows on the filler, that is, the packing film has been completed, and then the water intake is increased to the rated flow. After the filler is hung with film, the microorganisms in the biological pool are domesticated, that is, the amount of aeration is gradually reduced, so that the biological pool is in a state of hypoxia, and the microorganisms on the packing become facultative microorganisms. The microorganisms are then adapted until they meet the design requirements.

6. Equipment maintenance and maintenance: Our company has established a regular maintenance system for sewage treatment equipment for customers, and the main vulnerable component is the water pump. Regularly check the loosening of the screws of the fan and pump, the tightness of the stuffing box, the temperature of the bearing and the oil quality and oil quantity of the lubricating oil to ensure that the parts are normal, and check the dosage and remaining amount of disinfectant at the same time, if necessary, the dosage can be adjusted and the disinfectant can be supplemented, and the fan and pump are maintained and repaired every 5000-8000 hours.
