Precautions for maintenance of YW submerged sewage pump:

1. The sewage pump must be installed vertically on the cover plate of the liquid pool, and it is not allowed to be placed obliquely.

2. Use a manual water pump to check whether the pump is stuck, and check whether the vortex direction of the motor is consistent with the pump requirements.

3. The pump under the sewage must be immersed in the liquid, and should not be deliquidated and idled.

4. Every use, especially after thicker and viscous slurry. The pump should be left in clean water for a few minutes to prevent sediment from being left in the pump and to ensure the cleanliness of the pump.

5. The pump should be managed and used by a special person, and the circuit of the pump and the pump should be checked regularly to see if it is working normally.

6. Under normal conditions, the oil in the oil chamber should be filled or replaced after the use reaches the requirements. Keep the mechanical seal in a good lubricated state and improve the service life of the mechanical seal.

7. The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body has a sealing function, if the sealing ring is damaged, it will directly affect the performance of the pump. It should be replaced if necessary.

8. Under normal conditions, the pump should be filled or replaced with oil (10-30# oil) in the oil chamber after every 300-500 hours of use, so that the mechanical seal can maintain a good lubrication state and improve the service life of the mechanical seal.

9. The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body of the sewage pump has a sealing function, if the sealing ring is damaged, it will directly affect the performance of the pump, and should be replaced if necessary.
