Compared with the daily maintenance of air-cooled roots fans, water-cooled roots fans need to do a good job of seasonal maintenance, and in high temperature and cold, that is, in midsummer and cold winter, pay attention to the maintenance of the fan water cooling system.

The body temperature of the roots blower is determined by the room temperature and the working pressure, when entering the middle of summer, the ambient temperature is high, and the temperature rise of the equipment is also extremely fast when the fan is running, at this time, the water cooling system of the roots blower needs to be maintained. In the humid and hot areas of the south, even in May and June, the temperature in the fan room may be as high as about 50°C, and the temperature rise of about 10°C will occur for every 9.8KPa (corresponding to 1 meter of water depth) under the working condition of the fan. At this time, it is necessary to introduce circulating cooling water to the fan in time, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the whole machine, improve the conveying efficiency, protect the bearings and gears, make the fan in good operating condition, and prolong the life of the fan. In the northern region, it is relatively late in the middle of summer, and when the ambient temperature is high, it is also necessary to switch to the water cooling system in time.
