The connection method of FRP desulfurization pipeline: flange, winding bonding, cutting of FRP slurry pipeline

Draw a cutting line at the place to be cut, including a truncated cutting line, a through cutting line connected to the cutting hole, and an angle grinder equipped with a cutting saw blade to cut off the pipe or hole according to the position where the cutting line is drawn. The incision should be flat, and the cutting size deviation should be 2mm and coated with resin. When cutting holes in FRP pipes, square holes should not be opened. When the pipe is lowered, the pipe socket should be facing the direction of the incoming water. In order to facilitate the exhaust of the nozzle during the pressure test, the FRP pipe should be installed with the pressure test hole facing directly above. When the allowable deviation of +5mm FRP pipe is lowered into the trench, it shall not collide with the groove wall, and the transportation pipeline in the trench shall not disturb the foundation, and each pipe shall be staggered by 0 or 4m along the groove direction. Clean the surface of the tube, groove and rubber ring before installation, and put the rubber ring into the groove from the bottom without any twist after lubricating it, and check the overall rubber ring seal in place along the circumference by hand.
