How should the submersible mixer be maintained?

In order to ensure the normal use and life of the submersible mixer, regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out.

1. When the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and hoisted in a ventilated and dry place, and attention should be paid to anti-freezing and high temperature. If placed in water, run it for at least 30min every 15 days (cannot run without water) to check its function and adaptability.

2. The cable should be inspected at least once a year, and if it is damaged, please replace it.

3. Check the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year, if the motor insulation is reduced.

4. The equipment has been injected with an appropriate amount of 32# mechanical oil in the oil chamber before leaving the factory to lubricate the mechanical seal, and the oil should be checked once a year. If water is found in the oil, it should be discharged, the oil should be changed again, the gasket should be replaced, and the screw plug should be tightened. After three weeks, it must be re-inspected, and if the oil is emulsified again, the mechanical seal should be inspected and, if necessary, replaced.

5. Check and monitor the performance of the equipment at least once a year; Inspect the chain hoist and lifting chain at least once a year, and repair or replace it in time if damaged.

6. The push-flow submersible mixer adopts cycloidal pinwheel reducer to decelerate, and the reducer has been injected with L-CKC100 industrial closed gear oil before leaving the factory, and the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly, and the replacement cycle is three months.

7. After the equipment runs out of order, please eliminate it according to the troubleshooting method given, if it still can't be solved, and the cause cannot be determined, do not dismantle and repair it privately.

Submersible mixer operation method:

First of all, make sure all screws, bolts and nuts are tightened, check the condition of the lifting device/grommet, lifting chain and rope, replace or repair worn and damaged parts in time, check that the guide rod is vertical, and replace the worn parts if they are hindering the normal operation of the mixer.
