Test chamber operation process:

1. Please first wiring the power plug, connect the air compressor pipe, and then open the cover and pour mineral water or pure water into the stainless steel sink at the bottom of the inner tank until the low water mark light on the control panel is extinguished, otherwise you will not be able to carry out all the normal work.

2. The drainage pipe and its exhaust pipe in the test chamber must be connected, and after the operation, the barrier stainless steel sink will be discharged to the cushion block to prevent corrosion-resistant leakage.

3. When everything is prepared in advance, you can connect the switching power supply according to the main power switch, and then press the running power switch, set the temperature of the test chamber and the temperature value of its saturator, and the setting mode only needs to dial the two CNC machine tool dashboards on the operation panel to the setting file, set the required temperature value, and then dial the gear to the accurate measurement file after setting, generally speaking, the experimental temperature should be set to 35 °C, and the saturator temperature is set to 35 °C to 40 °C.

4. The control value of the overheat protection device on the right side of the salt spray test chamber is generally set at 55 °C to prevent the temperature control instrument from failing to burn the shell. When the working room temperature exceeds 55°C, the main switching power supply will be automatically disconnected for overheating maintenance, and customers do not need to adjust the protection device at will.

5. Pour the selected salt water into the salt water cabinet, drain the wet bulb cup, cover the medical gauze with the hygrometer, and place the end of the medical gauze in the dry bulb temperature cup.

6. Put the sample on the storage shelf, set the angle of view specified in the experiment, set the main parameters related to the experiment according to the control dashboard, and then press and hold the switching power supply, the actual operation button, etc., to start the experiment.
