The plate and frame oil purifier is specially designed for power plants, power stations, industrial and mining enterprise substations, lubricating oil depots, tractor stations, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and other units, mainly used to filter transformer oil, turbine oil, turbine oil, engine oil, diesel, kerosene, aviation hydraulic oil and other oils on the water and impurities. Vegetable oil can also be filtered with stainless steel filter plates.

Plate and frame oil purifier operating procedures:

1. Before operation, the filter paper of the hole will be carefully sandwiched between each filter plate and filter frame, and the number of filter paper in each layer is generally 1-2 sheets, depending on the requirements of filtration and the quality of the filter paper.

2. The filter paper should be dried before use, and the drying temperature should be about 120 °C.

3. When using the used filter paper, the filter paper must be dried, and there should be no damage, pay attention to the side with filter residue (that is, the dirty side) should be placed on the filter frame, not the filter plate, so as not to wash down the filter residue during this filtration, and pollute the filtered oil. When the filtration pressure is high and the filter paper is found to be broken, a filter cloth can be lined on one side of the filter plate to increase the strength of the filtration.

4. After putting the filter paper, turn the handwheel to press the filter plate, when pressing the plate, only one person is allowed, and the compression handle cannot be lengthened to compress, so as not to damage the machine.

5. Close the sampling nozzle, if the user has a valve on the oil discharge pipeline, the valve should be unscrewed. Turn on the power supply of the motor to make the oil purifier work, the normal working pressure of the plate and frame oil purifier varies with the viscosity of the oil filter and the resistance of the discharge pipeline, generally in the range of 0.05-0.3MPa, and the initial pressure of the filtration is low.

With the increase of filtration time, the pressure gradually increases due to the increase of water absorbed by the filter residue and filter paper, and the filter paper should be replaced when it reaches a certain level (depending on the user's requirements for oil).

6. When stopping, open the inlet valve first, stop the machine after the outlet pipe is oil-free, close the inlet and outlet valve, stop the oil pump, loosen the pressing device, take out the filter paper piece by piece, clean the filter paper and the filter residue in the filter frame, replace the filter paper and clamp it again, and cover the oil tank. Then clean the primary filter, cover it again and tighten the bolts after cleaning, and use it again next time.
