One: Vertical circulating mixer

On the basis of the original QJB, the LHJ pontoon pusher is equipped with a floating ring (made of stainless steel or fiberglass) on the upper part of the rotating bracket. The buoy, the rotating bracket and the mixer are connected into a single unit. As shown in the figure, the buoyancy relies on the buoyancy of the water to make the mixer suspended in the water, and the buoyancy is pulled by four wire ropes, and the other end of the wire rope is fixed at the edge of the pond, or four anchor points are set up in the pond to fix. During installation, the mixer and the floating ring are put into the water as a whole, and dragged to the predetermined area with a wire rope, and then the other end of the four wire ropes is fixed on the edge of the pool according to four different directions, and four anchor points can be set up for the pond with a larger water surface. During maintenance, you only need to untie the wire rope fixed on the edge of the pool, and pull the equipment back to the edge of the pool and hang it out of the water.

Three: assembly and installation

The installation system of the submersible mixer allows the submersible mixer to be quickly installed and dismantled without having to drain the effluent from the tank. The submersible mixer can be deflected around the guide rod at an angle of ±60° in the horizontal plane, and the connection between the hanger base, the support frame and the lower bracket and the pool are all fixed with expansion bolts, and there is no need to reserve holes. When the pool depth H>4 meters, a support frame should be added in the middle of the guide rod. When the customer orders, please provide the pool depth H, so that the factory can determine the size of the guide rod and the number of support frames when processing.

Use a 0——500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the three-core wire of the main cable of the motor to the ground in a cold state shall not be less than 1 megaohm, and it is strictly forbidden to check the control cable with a megohmmeter to avoid damage to the electrical components inside the pump, and the multimeter should be used to check the control cable; The voltage must be within the range of ±5% of the rated voltage marked on the nameplate. If the power supply is far away from the water pump, the line loss should be considered, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased, the joints should be as few as possible, and the joints should be sealed to prevent water leakage.
