Precautions for desulfurization pump maintenance

The desulfurization pump head is mainly composed of suction cover, pump body, front liner, impeller, back liner, pump cover, shaft, shaft, shaft, mechanical seal and other components. The pump is a post-disassembly structure, which can replace wearing parts without disassembling the pipeline. The inlet direction is horizontal, and the outlet is vertically upward.

The common materials of desulfurization pumps are plastic pumps (common materials are UHMW-PE, etc.) and metal pumps (common materials are Cr30, 2507, etc.), and the overflow materials are required to be wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and impact-resistant (because there is no valve at the outlet of the desulfurization pump, in order to prevent the huge water hammer effect of the liquid, the pump body is required to be impact-resistant), temperature resistance, and the north requires that the machine seal has no external cooling water system, and the pump body provides self-cooling inside.

1) Corrosion and wear-resistant, one pump is multi-purpose, and acid and alkali clear liquid slurry are applicable.

2) The pump body is a steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene structure, the lining thickness is 8——20mm, the pump applies the lining technology, compared with other similar pumps, it has the advantages of good thermal deformation resistance of the lining layer, crack resistance, anti-falling off, and high use temperature.

3) There are two types of impellers: split type and closed type, which can be selected according to the condition of the medium.

4) Seal: K-type power seal, K1 type power seal, T-type packing seal, T1 type packing seal, C3 type non-standard seal.

5) Applicable medium: sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, nitric acid with a concentration of less than 50%, hydrochloric acid and liquid alkali of various concentrations, suitable for both clear liquid and slurry.
