Fuel Tank Test Bench

According to its material, the fuel tanks are divided into two categories: metal and plastic. According to the fuel loaded, the fuel tanks are divided into gasoline fuel tank and diesel fuel tank. Fuel tanks have different shapes. The testing device of car fuel tank is designed according to relevant standards, mainly used for measuring the safety performance indicators of metal fuel tank and plastic fuel tank in various cars.

Test Items

1. Plastic fuel tanks: airtightness, low temperature impact resistance, safety valve opening pressure, inlet valve opening pressure, angle hammer impact resistance, pressure resistance, fire resistance tests.

2. Metal fuel tanks: safety valve opening pressure, inlet valve opening pressure, pressure resistance tests.
