Burning dummy system uses：

    Combustion dummies / combustion test dummies are used to measure and evaluate the comfort of textiles, clothing, protective clothing, automobiles, and dynamic thermal environments within a vehicle for heat and humidity.

Applicable standards：

    Comply with ASTMF1930 and ISO13506, body size is in accordance with ASTMF6240 standard.

Technical characteristics of the Burning dummy system：

    Life science instruments include dry warm body dummies, sweating warm body dummies, water purification warm body dummies, breathing warm body dummies, dynamic walking warm body dummies and combustion dummies, thermal and moisture resistance test devices with sweating function (SGHP), head models, hand models, foot models and combustion protection performance test devices (TPP), etc. All instruments comply with the test standards for thermal insulation, moisture permeability and burn protection.
    
 The special matching housing, equipped with 122 heat flow sensors, sensors on the surface of the manikin's housing to avoid damage caused by donning and doffing clothing and handling. We also offer combustion chamber system components, overall fire protection structure, computer-controlled gas transmission and flame injection head, as well as exhaust, fire suppression, safety and movement systems (mannequin in the combustion chamber left and right movement, 360 degrees rotation).

    4、The data acquisition device is inside the manikin, and the design close to the digital signal source ensures the accuracy of the measurement.
    5、The copper pan sensor is not only durable, but also can fit human skin well.
    6、The hand can be removed, which is convenient for the manikin to put on and take off clothes.

Burning dummy system main configuration：

    1、The manikin has shoulder joints, elbow joints, hip joints, knee joints and ankle joints.
    2、The manikin's connecting wire and support frame can be installed on the top of the manikin's head, the side and back of the neck, or other customer-requested positions.
    3、 A handheld heat flow calibrator that meets NIST requirements for sensors can be used for standard manikin sensors.
