Burning Dummy Clothing Measurement System

The Burning Dummy/Burning Dummy Clothing Measurement System is used to measure and evaluate the thermal and wet comfort of textiles, clothing, protective clothing, automobiles, and dynamic thermal environments within a vehicle.

Applicable standards.
The combustion test conforms to ASTM F1930 and ISO13506, and the body dimensions are in accordance with ASTM F6240.

Technical features.
Life science instruments include dry state warm body dummy, sweating warm body dummy, clean water warm body dummy, breathing warm body dummy, dynamic walking warm body dummy and combustion dummy, thermal and moisture resistance test device with sweating function (SGHP), head model, hand model, foot model and combustion protection performance test device (TPP), etc. All instruments comply with the test standards for thermal insulation, moisture permeability and burn protection.

The special matching housing, equipped with 122 heat flow sensors, sensors on the surface of the manikin's housing to avoid damage caused by donning and doffing clothing and handling. We also offer combustion chamber system components, integral fire protection construction, computer-controlled gas transfer and flame injection heads, as well as exhaust, fire suppression, safety and movement systems (mannequins move left and right inside the combustion chamber and rotate 360 degrees).

1, the mannequin shell is made of compliant materials, completely fire-resistant material, durable.
2, the mannequin joints adjustable, can be posed in a variety of positions.
3、The connecting cable and the support frame of the manikin can be installed on the top of the head, the side and the back of the neck of the manikin, or other positions as requested by the customer.
4、The data acquisition device is inside the manikin, and the design close to the digital signal source ensures the accuracy of the measurement.
5、The copper pan sensor is not only durable, but also can fit human skin well.
6、The hand part can be removed, which is convenient for the manikin to put on and take off clothes.

Main configuration.
1、The manikin has shoulder joint, elbow joint, hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint.
2、The manikin's connecting wire and support frame can be installed on the top of the manikin's head, side and back of the neck, or other positions as requested by the customer.
3. A handheld heat flow calibrator that meets NIST requirements for sensors can be used for standard manikin sensors.
