Installation and use of hyperboloid mixers

As an efficient mixing and mixing equipment, the hyperboloid mixer is suitable for mixing and stirring between various low-viscosity liquids, solid-liquid, and gas-liquid; It is not only suitable for round pools and square pools, but also commonly used in rectangular pools.

In the existing sewage treatment processes in China, the wave wheel mixer can mainly overcome the problems of dead angles and poor water-gas mixing effect in the traditional blade (slurry) stirring, and give full play to its advantages of uniform stirring.

Hyperboloid mixer installation steps:

1. The bridge should be corrected horizontally, the half-bridge column should be corrected vertically, and the anchor bolts and connecting parts should be firm and reliable.

2. Place the shock absorber flat in the specified position of the bridge, and connect and fix it with the bridge after correcting the level.

3. The geared motor is installed on the shock absorber seat and connected and fixed.

4. Connect the impeller with the stirring shaft flange with bolts and tighten it.

5. Put the impeller and the stirring shaft into the pool, the stirring shaft is connected and fastened with the output shaft of the reducer, and the shaft and impeller should be connected and put into the water in the case of water, and then the shaft should be connected with the reducer.

6. After the installation of the multi-curved surface mixer, the mixing shaft must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the vertical deviation should be less than 1, 1000.

7. After the installation is completed, remove the motor tail cover, transfer the fan blades by hand, and check whether the operation of the multi-curved mixer is flexible and normal. The swing deviation of the stirring shaft should be less than 3/1000.

8. After the power is turned on, jog to observe the transfer direction of the stirring shaft, and the correct transfer direction is counterclockwise rotation from top to bottom. If it is the other way around, the wiring position of the two power supplies will be changed arbitrarily.

9. The installation of electrical equipment must be operated in accordance with relevant national regulations and safety regulations.
